HCVF assessment of Siak District FMU, Sumatra

A SmartWood HCVF assessment of Siak District FMU: An independent assessment of High Conservation Value Forests (HCVFs) in an industrial timber plantation in Riau Province, Sumatra, Indonesia. The Rainforest Alliance’s SmartWood program conducted an HCVF assessment of Asia Pulp and Paper’s (APP) Siak District, a 47,023 hectare forest management unit (FMU) managed by PT. Arara Abadi (AA), a company related to APP by common shareholding.
