Biography Felicia Lasmana is a project manager at Daemeter Consulting. She is also a conservation biologist based in Indonesia, specializing on bats and other mammals. Felicia has experiences with biodiversity surveys, management and monitoring conservation planning related with agriculture, forestry, and mining sectors. Felicia has received numbers of training in forestry, tropical ecology, and sustainable agriculture in Germany, Malaysia, China, and Indonesia. She also served as international and national auditor for sustainable oil palm certification (RSPO and ISPO). She has worked on baseline survey, investment due diligence, policy analysis and development, and primarily HCV assessments to reach RSPO certification in Indonesia.
