Dedicated webpage to more easily access resources on the Forest Integrity Assessment tool

For more than two decades, the Forest Integrity Assessment (FIA) tool has provided small-scale foresters, plantation managers, communities, and others with a low-cost, accessible method to monitor forest biodiversity across temperate and tropical forest ecosystems in over 20 countries. In 2025 HCVN conducted a comprehensive review of FIA to evaluate current usage, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and wider adoption. Recommendations included creating a FIA resource hub. A dedicated FIA webpage has now been launched here making it easier for users to understand FIA and to access global and local resources, and for projects to share new resources and case studies.
